"Switched car and home insurance and State Farm didn’t get the info to our mortgage company in a timely manner. The mortgage company was about to charge US for the insurance they would provide, at a much higher rate. The agent did not tell us to keep Allstate for a few weeks until the transaction was complete. Not happy at all about the situation! A heads up about them being backed up, would’ve been nice!!"
